By placing an order or using our website, you agree to the following terms.
1. About Singing Surprises
Singing Surprises creates custom, AI-assisted personalized songs for personal use and gifting. We are an online-only business and all products are delivered digitally.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are 18 or older, or are doing so with the consent of a parent or guardian.
3. Orders & Accuracy
The quality of your custom song depends on the information you provide. You are responsible for submitting accurate, complete, and appropriate information in your order survey. Singing Surprises is not responsible for a song that does not meet your expectations due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided at the time of order.
4. Digital Delivery
All products are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for full details.
5. Refunds & Revisions
All sales are generally final. We offer revisions and handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis. See our Refund & Return Policy for full details.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon delivery of your completed song, Singing Surprises grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to use, share, and enjoy the song for personal and non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, relicense, or claim authorship of the song. Singing Surprises retains the right to use anonymized or generalized song content for promotional, portfolio, or demonstration purposes unless you request otherwise in writing at the time of order.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not use Singing Surprises to create content that is defamatory, harassing, obscene, or otherwise unlawful. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that we believe violate these terms or our content standards.
8. Limitation of Liability
Singing Surprises is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our products are provided "as is." While we take great pride in the quality of our work and stand behind it with our revision commitment, we make no guarantees of a specific outcome beyond our good-faith effort to create a song you love.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
