Overview

Because every Singing Surprises song is custom-created based on the information you provide, we don't offer automatic refunds. However, your satisfaction is our priority — and we're committed to getting your song right.

Our Revision Commitment

If you're not happy with your song, we'll work with you to refine it until you are. Simply contact us with your feedback and we'll make adjustments to the lyrics, style, tone, or other elements until the song feels right. We stand behind our work and won't leave you with something you don't love.

Refunds

Due to the custom, digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances happen. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be granted at our discretion in situations where we are unable to deliver a satisfactory product after reasonable revision attempts.

To request a refund, contact us at support@singingsurprises.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll respond within 2 business days.

No Returns

As a digital product business, there is nothing physical to return. Once a song file has been delivered to your email, the order is considered fulfilled.

What We Cannot Refund

We are unable to issue refunds in the following situations: the information provided in your order survey was incomplete or inaccurate, you have changed your mind after the song has been delivered, or a reasonable number of revision attempts have already been made in good faith.
